The Brotherhood of Man
Man cannot gainsay it; since our time began,
This is The Law of The Brotherhood of Man.
In part or whole, The Earth is not for sale.
Let it be sold, The Brotherhood will fail.
Of all The Earth, The Brotherhood is tenant.
The Brotherhood must make it’s vendor penant.
The Brotherhood belongs to the brothers,
In parity, with each of the others,
Has total jurisdiction of The Earth,
Sought active jurisdiction from his birth,
Must practise jurisdiction for his worth,
But not where jurisdiction leads to dearth.
Labour only can be sold by the brothers,
Compensated, equal each, with the others.
To belong to a man is the final fate,
Of a product of labour, to satiate,
Since a brother sells labour that he feed,
What a man cannot sell, what a man must need.
All men are brothers, all brothers are men.
All men shall teach us, all brothers have ken.
The Brotherhood of Man must hold and forfend
The Law of Brotherhood, or hold for his end,
The death of Brotherhood, the end this portends,
Mankind’s extinction, less This Law He defends.
